To produce a selective mailing from daily data feeds.
40 shades of foundation supplied in bulk dispensing bottles to be sent as small samples with a colour matched Insert and Sachet.

- Shade Specific Leaflet
- 1 x 5ml sample of matching Silk Foundation
- 1 x Sachet of Hydrating Primer
Solution
BKT printed 40 x variants of shade specific A6 leaflets in 4 colour process onto 350gsm Silk, ensuring a 100% colour match for each Silk Foundation.
Large dispensing bottles of 40 different shades of Silk Foundation were drammed into individual 5ml glass recyclable vials with plastic wands and hand enclosed into a sustainable plain jiffy bag with a generic Primer Sachet and corresponding shade specific leaflet.
From receipt of daily data file, processed and produced self adhesive address labels and affixed to jiffy bags for daily release and mailout.
Result
BKT provides ISO specification colour on all our litho print. Calibrated to our proofing system this ensured the most accurate colour representation against the Silk Foundation shades giving their customers a 'true representation' with a flawless finish.
